Webasto 01000018 High Pressure Switch

This high pressure switch is designed for use in Webasto Spheros climate control systems installed on commercial buses and coaches. It monitors the high-side pressure of the R134a refrigerant circuit to protect the compressor from overpressure conditions. The switch utilizes a single-pole double-throw (SPDT) contact configuration, allowing integration with the vehicle's ECU for compressor clutch cut-off and fan speed control. The housing is constructed from brass with a stainless steel diaphragm, compatible with R134a and associated PAG oils. Electrical connection is typically via a standardized automotive connector. The pressure port features a standard M10x1.25 thread with a Schrader valve depressor for direct mounting on the receiver drier or high-pressure line.
