Bosch 0281006818 NOx Sensor Assembly

Bosch 0281006818 is a nitrogen oxide (NOx) sensor designed for Euro 6 diesel aftertreatment systems. The sensor utilizes a planar zirconia sensing element with integrated heater for rapid light-off and stable operation across exhaust temperatures up to 850°C. It communicates via CAN protocol to the engine control module, providing real-time NOx concentration data upstream and downstream of the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) catalyst. This enables closed-loop urea dosing control for optimal AdBlue consumption and emissions compliance. The sensor features a 6-pin connector with screw-in mounting (M18x1.5 thread) into the exhaust pipe. Housing is high-temperature stainless steel with ceramic insulator. Supersedes earlier design 0281006818/819; replaced by updated version 0281008091. Direct OEM replacement for Land Rover GH22-5J299-AC and Jaguar equivalent applications.
