Caterpillar 1038333 Stick Cylinder Seal Kit Assembly

The Caterpillar 1038333 stick cylinder seal kit is designed for hydraulic cylinder repair on Caterpillar mini excavators. This aftermarket replacement kit contains all necessary seals for one stick cylinder assembly, including rod seals, piston seals, buffer rings, wear bands, wiper seals, and backup rings. The kit fits cylinders with 60mm rod diameter and 90mm bore diameter. Manufactured from high-grade polyurethane (PU) and nitrile rubber (NBR) materials selected for oil resistance, temperature stability, and compatibility with Caterpillar hydraulic systems. The seal components meet or exceed OEM specifications for pressure rating and durability in construction machinery operating conditions.
