Suzuki 13580-24F00 Throttle Position Sensor Assembly

The Suzuki 13580-24F00 throttle position sensor (TPS) is a potentiometer-type sensor designed to monitor throttle valve angle on fuel-injected sport motorcycles. It provides a linear voltage signal to the ECU for precise fuel injection and ignition timing control. The assembly includes a sealed black plastic housing with an integrated wiring harness and a rectangular 3-pin connector. Mounting is achieved via a 2-bolt flange pattern specific to the early generation Hayabusa and GSX-R750 throttle bodies. This sensor replaces OEM part numbers 13580-24F00 and 13580-24F00-000. It operates on a 5V reference voltage and outputs a signal range typically between 0.5V at closed throttle and 4.5V at wide open throttle. Direct OEM fitment requires no wiring modifications.
