Doosan 150107-00183 Crankshaft Assembly

This crankshaft is manufactured from forged 40Cr alloy steel, heat-treated to achieve a tensile strength of >=1000 MPa and surface hardness of HRC 52-58. It features low-temperature impact toughness of AKV >=25 J at -40°C, ensuring durability in severe operating environments. The integrated design replaces Doosan OEM part numbers 150107-00183, 150107-00183A and Komatsu OEM 65.02101-0056 series. It serves as a direct replacement for the crankshaft in Doosan D1146 and DE08TIS 6-cylinder diesel engines. The component is supplied in wooden crate packaging suitable for heavy industrial shipping. Dimensional inspection and magnetic particle testing are performed to verify journal geometry and surface integrity prior to dispatch. Compatible with excavator models DX300LCA, Solar 300LC-V, Solar 300LL and wheel loader models DL250A, DL300A, Mega 300-V.
