Lenco Marine 15060-001 Trim Tab Actuator Assembly

The Lenco Marine 15060-001 is a 12-volt DC electric linear actuator designed for trim tab systems on recreational and commercial marine vessels. It features a ballscrew drive mechanism that provides mechanical advantage over hydraulic alternatives, delivering 500 pounds of thrust at a 4.25-inch (108 mm) stroke length. The unit is fully submersible with a corrosion-proof composite housing and stainless steel components, rated for continuous saltwater exposure. The actuator incorporates a high-torque permanent magnet motor with waterproof six-wire connections and a 6-foot (1.83 m) cable harness. Mounting hardware uses 5/16-inch fasteners. The self-locking ballscrew prevents drift under load, maintaining tab position without power consumption. This Extreme Duty (XD) model replaces the legacy 102XD part number and is compatible with Lenco 102 HD/XD trim tab kits and Troll'n Tab systems.
