Caterpillar 159-7841 Center Joint Seal Kit

This center joint seal kit is engineered for the hydraulic swivel joint on Caterpillar E320C, 320C, E320B, E320D, 322C, 325C, and 330C hydraulic excavators. It contains all necessary seals, O-rings, and backup rings to rebuild the rotating union that transfers hydraulic fluid between the upper structure and undercarriage. The kit addresses common failure modes including internal leakage, pressure loss, and contamination ingress in the swing circuit. Components are manufactured from high-grade nitrile rubber (NBR), fluorocarbon (FKM), and PTFE compounds compatible with mineral-based hydraulic oils. The material selection ensures resistance to extrusion, abrasion, and thermal degradation across an operating temperature range of -30°C to 120°C.
