Hypertherm 228695 Air Filter Element Kit

The Hypertherm 228695 is an OEM replacement air filter element kit designed for Powermax series plasma cutting systems. This coalescing filter is engineered to remove moisture, oil, and particulate matter from the gas supply to prevent damage to the power supply, torch, and consumable components. The kit includes the filter element and associated seals for the standard filter assembly used on Powermax 65, 85, 105, and 125 models as well as compatible LGK series plasma cutters. Regular replacement ensures consistent plasma arc stability and cut quality. Constructed with high-efficiency coalescing media, the element provides effective liquid and solid particle separation under typical shop compressed air conditions.
