Doosan 2404-1063 Swing Gearbox Assembly

The 2404-1063 swing reduction gearbox is a planetary gear unit designed for the swing drive system of 20 to 25 metric ton class hydraulic excavators. It converts high-speed, low-torque hydraulic motor output into low-speed, high-torque rotation for the upper structure slewing function. The assembly consists of a multi-stage planetary gear train housed in a ductile iron or alloy steel casing with integrated mounting flanges for direct bolt-on installation to the swing bearing and hydraulic motor.
