TCM 24240-89801 Lift Cylinder Seal Kit

This hydraulic cylinder seal kit is engineered for the lift cylinder on TCM internal combustion forklifts. The kit conforms to OEM dimensional standards with a 70 mm rod diameter and 80 mm bore diameter (P-U-1 profile). The component set includes a double-lip wiper for contamination exclusion, a loaded U-cup primary rod seal, a wear band for piston guidance, an O-ring for static sealing, and two split backup rings to prevent extrusion under high pressure. All elastomers are formulated for compatibility with standard mineral-based hydraulic fluids used in material handling equipment.
