Atlas Copco 2901006500 Minimum Pressure Valve Service Kit

The 2901006500 Minimum Pressure Valve (MPV) Service Kit is designed for scheduled maintenance of the minimum pressure/check valve assembly on Atlas Copco GA30, GA37, GA45, GA55, and GA75 oil-injected rotary screw air compressors. This kit restores proper valve sealing and pressure regulation function, preventing air bleed-back and ensuring efficient compressor load/unload cycles. The kit includes all necessary elastomeric seals, O-rings, valve plates, springs, and bushings required for a complete overhaul of the MPV unit. Components are manufactured to OEM dimensional tolerances using high-temperature resistant materials such as HNBR or Viton for seals and aluminum alloy or brass for structural components, suitable for continuous operation at discharge pressures up to 13 bar (188 psi) and temperatures up to 120°C.
