The Volvo Penta 3580363 is a centrifugal circulation water pump designed for the raw water cooling circuit of Volvo Penta MD2010, MD2020, and MD2030 series marine diesel engines.

It is gear-driven from the engine camshaft or timing gear train. The pump housing is constructed from corrosion-resistant marine-grade cast iron or bronze with a stainless steel or bronze impeller and a ceramic-carbon mechanical seal.

It features a 3/8 NPTF plug port for calibration or drainage. This pump replaces Volvo Penta OEM part numbers 3580363 and VP3580363.

It is compatible with engine variants including MD2010-C, MD2010A, MD2010B, MD2020A, MD2020B, MD2030A, MD2030B, MD2030C, and MD2030D.

Regular inspection of the impeller and seal is recommended during annual layup maintenance to prevent overheating.
