Polaris 4014406 Stator Assembly

The Polaris 4014406 stator assembly serves as the stationary component of the magneto charging system in ProStar single and twin-cylinder engines. It generates three-phase alternating current for the voltage regulator/rectifier to maintain battery charge and power vehicle electrical loads. Constructed with a laminated steel core and copper windings, the unit mounts internally on the engine crankcase cover. The assembly includes a 3-wire output lead with a 3-pin connector interface mating to the regulator/rectifier. Designed as a direct OEM replacement, it restores factory charging performance for model years 2014 through 2025 across Ranger, RZR, General, Sportsman, Scrambler, ACE, and Hawkeye platforms.
