Rammer 42415 Hydraulic Breaker Seal Kit

This hydraulic breaker seal kit is engineered for the Rammer S83 and S-83 series hydraulic hammers. The kit utilizes a composite material formulation of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR), and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) to withstand high-pressure hydraulic environments and abrasive operating conditions. Designed for a 140 mm tool diameter, the kit restores sealing integrity for the cylinder, accumulator, and valve assemblies. It is applicable to Rammer S83 breakers mounted on 25 to 40 metric ton carrier excavators from manufacturers such as Kubota, Caterpillar, Hitachi, Komatsu, and John Deere. The kit ensures reliable pressure retention at operating pressures of 130 to 140 bar.
