This full overhaul gasket kit is engineered to meet OEM specifications for the Isuzu 4HK1 series 5.2L common-rail diesel engines. The set provides a complete sealing solution for professional engine rebuilds, covering both upper and lower engine gasket requirements. The cylinder head gasket features multi-layer steel (MLS) construction for superior combustion sealing and thermal stability under high cylinder pressures. All elastomeric seals are manufactured from high-temperature resistant materials, including Viton where specified, to withstand extended thermal cycles and aggressive oil formulations. The kit includes the cylinder head gasket, valve cover gasket, intake and exhaust manifold gaskets, timing gear case gasket, oil pan gasket, front and rear crankshaft oil seals, valve stem seals, fuel injector sealing washers and O-rings, water pump gasket, thermostat gasket, and all necessary minor gaskets for a complete overhaul.
