Continental 5WK96777A NOx Sensor Assembly

The Continental 5WK96777A nitrogen oxide (NOx) sensor is designed for heavy-duty diesel after-treatment systems. It measures NOx concentration in exhaust gas downstream of the SCR catalyst to ensure emission compliance. The sensor features a planar ceramic sensing element with integrated heater and ASIC for signal processing. It communicates via CAN protocol or analog output depending on ECU calibration. Direct replacement for Iveco part number 5801521392 and FPT Industrial 6528197A1. Compatible with Iveco Eurocargo, Eurofire, Stralis, Trakker, and X-Way models equipped with FPT Cursor series engines. Also fits Case and New Holland equipment utilizing FPT power units. Housing constructed from high-temperature stainless steel with a sealed 4-pin flat connector. Operating temperature range up to 850°C at probe tip.
