Yamaha 63W-42610-20-4D Top Cowling Assembly

The 63W-42610-20-4D top cowling assembly serves as the primary protective cover for Yamaha 9.9HP and 15HP 2-stroke outboard powerheads. Constructed from reinforced marine-grade composite material, it shields internal engine components from water ingress, debris, and UV exposure while directing cooling airflow. The assembly includes the main cowling shell, sealing gasket surfaces, and mounting bracket interfaces designed to OEM specifications. This part supersedes earlier revisions 63W-42610-20-00 and 63V-42610-20-4D. Compatible with Yamaha outboard models 9.9FMH, 15FMH, and E9.9CMH manufactured for the 2002 model year and later.
