Doosan 65.04401-0014 Camshaft Assembly

This camshaft is engineered as a direct replacement for Daewoo D1146 series diesel engines used in Doosan construction equipment. Manufactured from forged alloy steel with induction-hardened bearing journals and cam lobes, it undergoes CNC grinding to maintain strict valve lift and duration tolerances. The component includes integrated timing gear for direct fitment. Compatible with Doosan DH220-3, DH280-3, Solar 170W-III, 220LC-III, 250LC-V, 290LC-V, and 300LC-V excavators powered by D1146, D1146T, D1146TI, or DE08TIS engine variants. Designed for naturally aspirated and turbocharged 8.071L inline-6 configurations with 111 mm bore and 139 mm stroke. Meets OEM specifications for runout, surface finish, and material hardness to ensure reliable valve train operation in heavy-duty cycles.
