Bobcat 6806330 Tilt Cylinder Seal Kit

The Bobcat 6806330 tilt cylinder seal kit is engineered for the bucket tilt (Bob-Tach) hydraulic cylinders on G-Series and M-Series skid steer loaders and compact track loaders. The kit services cylinders with a 1.375-inch rod diameter and 2.75-inch bore diameter. It contains a complete set of sealing elements: one rod wiper, one high-performance loaded twin-lip rod U-cup seal, one piston seal with O-ring energizer, two O-rings, one backup ring, and one hex nut (92D16). Seals are manufactured from premium nitrile and polyurethane compounds for resistance to hydraulic fluid, temperature extremes, and abrasion. This kit directly replaces OEM part number 6806330 and is compatible with OEM cylinder assemblies 6806331, 6809802, and 7117174. Designed for field rebuild of leaking tilt cylinders to restore hydraulic integrity and prevent contamination ingress.
