Pierburg 7548415 EGR Valve Assembly

The Pierburg 7548415 exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve is an original equipment specification component designed for BMW N53B30 naturally aspirated 3.0L petrol engines. It meters exhaust gas flow into the intake manifold to lower peak combustion temperatures and reduce nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions. The valve features an electrically actuated stepper motor mechanism for precise flow control under varying engine load conditions. It mounts directly to the cylinder head exhaust port with an integrated gasket sealing surface. The unit includes the position sensor and electrical connector for closed-loop ECU feedback.
