Cardone 97-7501GB Steering Gear Box

The Cardone 97-7501GB is a new power steering gear box designed as a direct replacement for original equipment units on rear-wheel-drive light trucks. The housing is constructed from cast iron with a black finish for corrosion resistance. The unit utilizes a recirculating ball mechanism with power assist and front steer configuration. It is supplied with OEM-grade seals, O-rings, and boots, and is computer spool-valve balanced and load-tested to ensure reliable performance. The gear box does not include a pitman arm or mounting bracket. Input shaft diameter is 22.23 mm with 31 splines; output shaft has 32 splines. Return port thread size is 5/8-18 UNF. Total turns lock-to-lock is 3.312. Four mounting holes are provided for frame attachment.
