A2Z Seals Arm Cylinder Seal Kit for Komatsu D85P-18

This hydraulic cylinder seal kit is engineered for the arm cylinder of Komatsu D85P-18 crawler dozers. The kit contains all necessary sealing elements to restore cylinder integrity and prevent hydraulic fluid leakage under high-pressure operating conditions. Components are manufactured from high-grade polyurethane (PU) for rod and piston seals, nitrile rubber (NBR) for O-rings and static seals, and PTFE for wear rings and buffer seals, ensuring compatibility with mineral-based hydraulic oils. The seal kit is designed to withstand operating pressures up to 35 MPa and temperature ranges from -30°C to +110°C. It provides a direct replacement solution for OEM seal kits used in the blade lift, tilt, or ripper cylinders commonly referred to as arm cylinders on this model series.
