This crankshaft is engineered for the Kipor KD488ZA 2.19-liter inline-4 cylinder, 4-stroke, water-cooled, direct-injection turbocharged diesel engine. Manufactured from forged steel to withstand high combustion pressures and cyclic loading inherent in continuous generator duty cycles. The component integrates main journals, rod journals, and counterweights precision-machined to OEM tolerances for balance and oil clearance specifications. Designed as a direct replacement for generator sets utilizing the KD488ZA power unit, including KDE16E, KDE20E3, KDE16SS, KDE20SS3, KDE11SS, KDE13SS3, KDE22S, KDE23S3, and KDE28S3 models.
