Mecair DB112 Diaphragm Repair Kit

The DB112 diaphragm repair kit is engineered for Mecair 200 series 1-1/2 inch (DN40) pulse jet valves used in reverse pulse jet dust collector systems. The kit restores sealing integrity and pulse response for optimal filter bag cleaning cycles. Constructed with a nitrile (NBR) diaphragm and a stainless steel return spring, the assembly withstands compressed air media temperatures ranging from -20°C to 80°C. The single-stage diaphragm design ensures rapid valve opening and high peak flow for effective dust cake removal. Compatible with both integral pilot (VEM) and remote pilot (VNP) valve configurations across 200, 300, 400, 500, and 600 series valve bodies. Viton (FKM) material variant (DB112V) available for elevated temperature applications.
