Hitachi EX60-2 Adjust Cylinder Seal Kit

This hydraulic cylinder seal kit is engineered for the track adjuster (adjust cylinder) of Hitachi EX60 series excavators. It restores sealing integrity to maintain track tension and prevent hydraulic fluid leakage under high pressure operating conditions. The kit includes precision-molded seals manufactured from advanced polymer compounds including Viton (FKM), NBR, and Silicone (VMQ) to withstand extreme temperatures and hydraulic fluid compatibility requirements. Metal components feature high hardness heat-treated rings (58-72 HRC) for wear resistance. Designed for direct installation on Hitachi EX60-1, EX60-2, EX60-3, EX60-5, EX60SR, EX60UR, and Tata Hitachi EX60 models. Meets or exceeds OEM specifications for dimensional accuracy and service life of 5000 operating hours.
