Kurt Hydraulics FJX-08-10 JIC Female Swivel Fitting

The FJX-08-10 is a straight crimp-style hydraulic hose fitting featuring a 1/2 inch (-08) hose barb end and a 5/8 inch (-10) JIC 37° female swivel nut. The fitting conforms to SAE J514 / ISO 8434-2 standards for 37° flare connections. The seat angle is machined to 37° for metal-to-metal sealing against a compatible JIC male flare. The nominal thread size is 7/8-14 UNF-2B. The swivel nut allows for installation alignment without twisting the hose assembly. Constructed from carbon steel with zinc plating for corrosion resistance, the fitting is rated for typical working pressures up to 5000 PSI (34.5 MPa) when used with SAE 100R2 or 100R16 hydraulic hose. Operating temperature range is -40°F to +212°F (-40°C to +100°C). The fitting is fully interchangeable with Weatherhead 08U-610, Parker 106HY-10-8, Dayco HY08-10FJ, and CSI 827V series. Suitable for use with SAE 100R1, 100R2, 100R16, 100R17, 100R7, and 100R8 hose types.
