Blickle 754363 GBN 404/60H7 Heavy Duty Drive Wheel Assembly

The Blickle GBN 404/60H7 is a heavy-duty drive wheel featuring a 400 mm diameter and 100 mm tread width. It utilizes a plain bore hub with keyway per DIN 6885, sized for a 60 mm H7 tolerance shaft. The wheel center is constructed from rugged grey cast iron, lacquered for corrosion protection. The tread consists of high-quality reaction-injected polyurethane elastomer Blickle Besthane with a hardness of 92 Shore A. This material provides very low rolling resistance, low-noise operation, high dynamic load capacity, excellent floor preservation, high abrasion resistance, and high cut and tear propagation resistance. The chemical bond between tread and wheel center is very strong. Rated load capacity is 3,400 kg at 4 km/h.
