NPK GH9 Hydraulic Breaker Seal Kit

This seal kit is engineered for the NPK GH9 hydraulic breaker, a widely deployed attachment in the 1,500-2,500 kg carrier weight class. The kit contains a full complement of dynamic and static seals required for a complete hydraulic rebuild, including piston seals, rod seals, buffer rings, gas chamber seals, dust wipers, and back-up rings. Components are manufactured from high-grade NBR, PTFE, and TPU compounds selected for resistance to high-pressure hydraulic oil, nitrogen gas permeation, and extreme temperature cycles typical in rock breaking and demolition duty. The kit restores original sealing performance, preventing pressure loss and contamination ingress that leads to premature component wear. It is designed as a direct replacement for NPK GH9 series breakers mounted on carriers from major OEMs including Kubota, Caterpillar, Hitachi, Komatsu, and John Deere.
