ComAp I-CR-R CAN Redundancy Module

The ComAp I-CR-R is a CAN bus redundancy module designed to provide high-reliability inter-controller communication for ComAp generator and mains controllers. It creates a redundant CAN2 bus path using a parallel RS485 connection, ensuring communication continuity in applications with large physical distances between controllers or where the primary CAN bus is at risk of interruption. The module supports a maximum of 20 controllers on the CAN2 bus. It is compatible with ComAp InteliGen NT, InteliMains NT, InteliSys NTC BaseBox, InteliGen4, InteliDrive DCU Marine, and InteliNeo 6000 series controllers. The hardware is based on the I-CB/CAT GAS platform with dedicated I-CR-R firmware. Configuration jumpers and diagnostic LEDs provide status indication for local and redundant bus health. Power supply range is 8-36 VDC. The unit is designed for DIN-rail mounting inside control panels.
