The K9002068A seal kit is engineered for the bucket cylinder of Doosan DX420LC and DX420LCA crawler excavators. It comprises a comprehensive set of sealing elements including rod seals, piston seals, buffer seals, wiper seals, and wear rings manufactured from high-performance materials such as Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (HNBR), Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR). This material composition ensures compatibility with mineral and synthetic hydraulic fluids, providing resistance to extrusion, abrasion, and thermal degradation up to 180 degrees Celsius. The kit is designed to restore original equipment sealing performance and internal leakage control in heavy-duty earthmoving applications.
