Komatsu Lift Cylinder Seal Kit D150A-1

This hydraulic lift cylinder seal kit is manufactured to OEM specifications for the blade lift cylinder equipped on Komatsu D150A-1 and D155A-1 track-type tractors. The kit includes all necessary sealing components for a complete hydraulic cylinder rebuild: rod seals, piston seals, buffer seals, dust wipers, wear rings, and O-rings. Components are produced from high-grade nitrile rubber (NBR) and polyurethane materials compatible with mineral-based hydraulic fluids. Designed to withstand operating pressures up to 35 MPa and temperature ranges from -40°C to 120°C. Each seal profile is precision-molded to ensure exact dimensional interchangeability with original Komatsu components. Direct replacement for Komatsu OEM seal kit series 707-99-xxxxx and 707-98-xxxxx. Suitable for field repair of blade lift cylinders on D150A-1, D155A-1, and related bulldozer models utilizing identical cylinder bore and rod diameters.
