This cylinder liner kit is engineered to meet OEM specifications for the Isuzu 4JG2 and 4JG2T 3.1-liter four-cylinder diesel engines. The kit comprises four cylinder liners, four pistons with wrist pins and retainer clips, one piston ring set for four cylinders, and a complete gasket set required for engine overhaul. Components are manufactured to precise tolerances for bore diameter 95.4 mm and stroke 107 mm ensuring proper compression ratio and oil control.

The kit applies to industrial and commercial applications including Hyster counterbalance forklifts, Komatsu FD40 series forklifts, TCM forklifts, and Isuzu NPR light trucks as well as Isuzu Bighorn and Trooper SUVs equipped with the 4JG2 naturally aspirated or 4JG2T turbocharged engine variants. Liners are cast iron construction; pistons are aluminum alloy with nickel plating for wear resistance. Gasket set includes head gasket, manifold gaskets, and seals for complete reassembly.
