Sullair LS20S Rotary Screw Air Compressor Assembly

The Sullair LS20S is a stationary oil-flooded rotary screw air compressor engineered for continuous duty in demanding industrial environments. The series covers 125 to 150 horsepower (93 to 112 kW) configurations with a maximum working pressure of 150 PSI (10.3 bar) and a rated pressure of 125 PSI (8.6 bar). It delivers a free air delivery of approximately 502 CFM (14.21 m³/min) at rated conditions. The package integrates a Sullair air end with a Toshiba premium efficiency electric motor (230/460 V, 3-phase, 60 Hz) and a microprocessor-based Supervisor II Deluxe controller. The oil reservoir capacity is 40 gallons (151 liters). The unit features a fiberglass fluid filter and optional air-cooled or water-cooled heat rejection. Maximum allowable working pressure (MAWP) is 200 PSI at 250 °F. Minimum design metal temperature (MDMT) is -20 °F at 200 PSI. The compressor operates at 1475 RPM.
