Doosan DX120 Main Pump Seal Kit K3V63DT

This main pump seal kit is engineered for the Kawasaki K3V63DT variable displacement piston pump used on Doosan DX120, DH120, and DH130 excavators. The kit includes all necessary dynamic and static seals for a complete pump overhaul: piston seals, cylinder block seals, valve plate seals, shaft seals, and associated O-rings and backup rings. Materials comprise nitrile rubber (NBR) for standard hydraulic oil compatibility, polyurethane (PU) for high-pressure wear resistance, and PTFE for low-friction anti-extrusion performance. The kit addresses internal leakage, pressure loss, and overheating symptoms caused by seal degradation in high-pressure closed-circuit hydraulic systems.
