Maxiforce Perkins 1104C-44 1104C-44T Overhaul Rebuild Kit

This overhaul rebuild kit is engineered for the Perkins 1100 Series 1104C-44 naturally aspirated and 1104C-44T turbocharged 4.4L diesel engines. The kit contains all critical wear components required for a full engine overhaul: cylinder liners (semi-finished), pistons (standard or oversize), piston pins, snap rings, piston ring sets, main bearings, connecting rod bearings, thrust washers, and a full gasket set including head gasket, seals, and O-rings. Components are manufactured to OEM specifications for bore diameter 105 mm and stroke 127 mm. Compatible with engine build codes RE, RF, RR, and RG series. Verification of engine serial number and build list is required prior to installation to ensure correct piston crown configuration and liner flange dimensions.
