This pilot valve seal kit (PPC seal kit) is designed for the proportional pressure control valves mounted on the joystick assemblies of Komatsu PC300 series crawler excavators. The kit includes all necessary elastomeric seals, backup rings, and dust seals required to rebuild the pilot valve spool and bore interfaces, restoring precise hydraulic pilot pressure modulation for boom, arm, bucket, and swing functions.

Manufactured from high-grade NBR, FKM, and PTFE compounds, the seals resist hydraulic oil degradation, high pressure extrusion, and temperature extremes typical in construction equipment duty cycles. Dimensional tolerances are controlled to OEM specifications to ensure correct spool clearance and prevent internal leakage that causes drift or sluggish response. Compatible with Komatsu PC300-1 through PC300-8 models equipped with standard PPC pilot control systems.
