The R45P0018D6 floating seal is a duo cone seal assembly designed for track motor applications in compact hydraulic excavators. It consists of two identical metal seal rings and two identical rubber toric rings. The metal rings are manufactured from high-carbon chromium bearing steel Gcr15 (equivalent to 100Cr6) with a hardness range of 58-62 HRC or 62-68 HRC depending on heat treatment specification.
