Enerpac RC102K Hydraulic Cylinder Seal Kit

The Enerpac RC102K is a dedicated seal repair kit engineered for the maintenance of Enerpac RC-Series 10-ton (11.2-ton capacity) single-acting hydraulic cylinders. It is compatible with cylinder models RC-101, RC-102, RC-104, RC-106, RC-108, RC-1010, RC-1012, and RC-1014 across DUO, pre-DUO, and TRIO series iterations. The kit contains all necessary elastomeric and hardware components to rebuild the cylinder gland and piston assembly, including a high-pressure U-cup seal, rod wiper, O-rings, retaining ring, backup washer, and gasket. Components are manufactured from nitrile (NBR) and polyurethane compounds rated for 700 bar (10,000 PSI) hydraulic systems operating in industrial temperature ranges. This kit ensures correct fit and full rated pressure retention for Enerpac cylinders and serves as a direct OEM replacement for aftermarket equivalents such as GAT-SK102K. It is also applicable for servicing compatible 10-ton single-acting rams from Power Team, OTC, and SPX brands.
