Prince RD525CCAA5A4B1 Directional Control Valve Assembly

The Prince RD525CCAA5A4B1 is a monoblock directional control valve constructed from high tensile strength gray cast iron. It features two spools with 4-way, 3-position tandem center configuration and spring-centered return. Each spool includes a load check valve. Spools are hard chrome plated for wear resistance and metering accuracy. The valve is rated for a maximum flow of 25 GPM (94.6 L/min) and maximum operating pressure of 3000 PSI (207 bar). It incorporates a differential poppet style relief valve adjustable from 1500 to 3000 PSI, factory set at 2000 PSI. Inlet and outlet ports are #12 SAE (1-1/16-12 UN-2B); work ports are #12 SAE. The valve supports power beyond and closed center capability with a reversible lever handle. Maximum operating temperature is 180°F (82°C). Recommended fluid cleanliness per ISO 4406 19/17/14.
