The SBA385720070 is a coolant temperature sensor designed for New Holland and Case IH compact utility tractors. It utilizes a negative temperature coefficient (NTC) thermistor element to provide variable resistance output corresponding to engine coolant temperature. The sensor features a brass housing with a spade terminal electrical connector for direct wiring harness integration. It threads into the engine coolant passage to monitor temperature for the instrument cluster gauge and ECU cold-start enrichment logic. This sensor replaces OEM numbers 385720070 and 83938260.
