Kato HD700-5 Swing Motor First Class Three Star Frame Assembly

This swing motor frame assembly serves as the first-stage planetary carrier (first class three star) within the swing drive gearbox for Kato HD700 series hydraulic excavators. The component integrates three planetary pinions mounted on a robust carrier frame, designed to mesh with the sun gear from the axial piston motor and the internal ring gear of the swing bearing. The hydraulic swing drive utilizes an axial piston motor flange-connected to a planetary reduction unit. The assembly rotates 360 degrees continuously on a single-row ball bearing with an integral internally cut swing gear, fully enclosed to prevent mud and water ingress.
