Sany SY75 Travel Motor Seal Kit

This travel motor seal kit is engineered for the final drive travel motor equipped on Sany SY75 and SY75C hydraulic excavators. The kit includes a complete set of dynamic and static seals required for overhauling the hydraulic travel motor, including piston seals, rod seals, wear rings, O-rings, backup rings, and housing gaskets. Seal components are manufactured from premium nitrile rubber (NBR), hydrogenated nitrile (HNBR), and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) compounds to withstand hydraulic system pressures up to 35 MPa and operating temperatures ranging from -40°C to 200°C. The kit ensures reliable sealing performance, preventing internal leakage and maintaining travel motor torque output in demanding construction environments. Direct replacement for OEM seal kits used in Kayaba (GM series) or Nachi travel motor assemblies fitted to the SY75 platform.
