Original stock supply of TI LM83CIMQAX digital temperature sensor. The chip uses a dual-line I2C/SMBus serial interface to simultaneously accurately monitor its own temperature and the temperature range of three remote diodes (such as CPU or 2N3904) from -40°C to 125°C, with 7-bit resolution and ±4°C accuracy. It is packaged in a 16-pin QSOP/SSOP surface mount package and supports 3V~3.6V supply voltage. Suitable for temperature monitoring systems in servers, communication equipment, industrial control, etc. Adequate stock, supports bulk purchase.
