Hitachi Track Adjuster Cylinder Assembly ZX65USB-5A

Hydraulic track adjuster cylinder assembly designed for Hitachi ZX65USB-5A mini excavators. Functions as the primary track tensioning device within the undercarriage system, converting hydraulic grease pressure into linear displacement of the idler wheel to maintain optimal track sag. Cylinder body manufactured from 50Mn alloy steel, precision forged and heat-treated to HRC 52-56 hardness. Internal bore surface finish maintained below Ra 0.2 µm via precision honing. Piston rod features hard chrome plating for corrosion and wear resistance. Sealing system comprises high-durometer polyurethane and PTFE composite seals rated for 35 MPa continuous operating pressure. Assembly includes cylinder body, piston, rod, gland, and integrated grease valve port. Direct replacement for OEM track tensioner cylinder on ZX65USB-5A series machines equipped with Yanmar 4TNV98-series diesel engines (34.1 kW rated power).
