This recoil pull starter assembly features a 3-bolt mounting flange with 80 mm bolt hole center distance. Housing options include die-cast aluminum alloy or reinforced nylon plastic with a metal starter pawl for engagement durability. The unit incorporates a clockwise rotation recoil spring and nylon pull rope approximately 1.8 meters in length with a 5 mm diameter. Outer housing diameter ranges from 97 mm to 104 mm depending on specific variant. Designed as a direct replacement for OEM starters on generic horizontal shaft 2-stroke engines ranging from 33 cc to 50 cc displacement. Compatible with a wide range of Chinese-manufactured powersports vehicles including pocket bikes, mini dirt bikes, mini quads, ATVs, and gas scooters.
