Wilden 00-1030-55 PTFE Diaphragm Assembly

The Wilden 00-1030-55 is a primary integral piston diaphragm (IPD) manufactured from PTFE (Teflon) for use in 1/4 inch (0.25") air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pumps. This component serves as the primary fluid-side diaphragm in Wilden P.025, A.025, P025, and P25 series pump models. The PTFE construction provides broad chemical compatibility and temperature resistance for demanding fluid transfer applications. The diaphragm features a threaded center design for secure mounting to the pump shaft. Installation requires the air-side markings to face the center housing. This part is a direct OEM replacement for Wilden pump models.
