The Sullair 02250155-175 is a genuine OEM thermistor probe designed for discharge temperature monitoring on Sullair rotary screw air compressors. It utilizes a Negative Temperature Coefficient (NTC) sensing element with a nominal resistance of 3000 Ohms at 25°C (77°F). The sensor assembly includes a 6-foot (1.83 meter) lead wire terminated with a connector compatible with Sullair compressor controllers. This temperature sensor provides critical feedback to the compressor control system, enabling real-time monitoring of discharge air temperature. Accurate temperature data allows the controller to regulate cooling systems, prevent overheating shutdowns, and protect the air end and lubricant from thermal degradation. The probe is constructed with a stainless steel housing suitable for the harsh environment of compressor discharge lines, resistant to vibration, oil mist, and elevated temperatures. Direct replacement for Sullair part number 02250155-175. Compatible with Sullair stationary electric compressors including the 3000, 3700, 4500, 5500, and 7500 series (both fixed speed and variable speed V/PV models). Installation requires threading the probe into the designated discharge port and connecting the plug to the controller harness. Regular inspection of the sensor tip for carbon buildup is recommended during scheduled maintenance intervals.
