The drive sprocket is a critical undercarriage component that transmits torque from the final drive motor to the track chain. This sprocket is manufactured from high-grade alloy steel and undergoes precision forging followed by induction hardening to achieve a surface hardness of HRC 42-56. The heat treatment process ensures a hardened depth of up to 13 mm, providing exceptional resistance to abrasive wear and fatigue cracking under high-load conditions. The sprocket features 23 teeth (EX200-1 specification) with 16 bolt holes for direct mounting to the final drive hub.
