This frost plug style engine block heater is designed for immersion installation into the engine block coolant passage via a 3/4-14 NPT threaded port. The unit operates at 120V AC with a 400W heating element to pre-warm engine coolant, reducing cold start wear and improving fuel vaporization in low temperature conditions. The heater assembly features a corrosion-resistant metal sheath and threaded brass or steel fitting for secure sealing in the block drain or frost plug port. It serves as a direct replacement for OEM part numbers including Massey Ferguson 773323M92 and 0806R. The 3/4 NPT thread conforms to ASME B1.20.1 standard taper pipe thread dimensions. Typical element insertion length is approximately 1.5 inches (38 mm). Cross-reference interchange includes Phillips & Temro Zerostart 3100093, Kat's Heaters KH11409, and numerous aftermarket numbers such as GE360, 5B360, and S.7090. Verified fitment covers Massey Ferguson tractor models 255, 285, 1080, 1085, 302, 304, 365, and 3265, as well as John Deere two-cylinder models 50, 60, 70, 730, A, B, D, G and various Kubota and Belarus tractors equipped with 3/4 NPT block ports.
