Polaris 1205301 Throttle Body Adapter Boot

This throttle body adapter boot connects the electronic throttle body to the intake manifold on Polaris ProStar 900 and 1000 engines. Constructed from high-temperature resistant elastomer with reinforced fabric plies, it features an integrated O-ring groove for positive sealing against the cylinder head. The flanged design incorporates two shoulder bolt mounting points for secure attachment. A cracked or deteriorated boot introduces unmetered air, causing lean fuel conditions, rough idle, and potential engine damage. This revised design supersedes earlier versions with improved material formulation for extended durability in off-road environments. Direct replacement for Polaris OEM part numbers 1205301, 1204490, 1204122, and 3023789. Compatible with Polaris RZR 900 (2011-2019), RZR 4 900 (2014-2018), RZR XP 900 (2011-2013), RZR XP 4 900 (2012-2013), Ranger 900 XP (2013-2019), Ranger Crew 900 (2014-2019), Ranger 1000 XP (2017-2019), and ACE 900 (2016-2019).
